Giuliano Marin, known amongst his peers as Jules, was introduced to the finance industry in 2004. During this initial phase of economic stability and growth, he developed a solid understanding of mortgage markets and client relations whilst continuing his journey as a residential broker.  

In 2008, Jules pivoted to become a relationship manager for a non-conforming white labelled lender that was funded by Merrill Lynch. Despite the challenging economic environment of the GFC (Global Financial Crisis) that was shortly to come, he excelled in managing complex lending scenarios and building strong broker relationships, highlighting his resilience and adaptability and constant communication. 

Being passionate about the finance industry, Jules pursued a career within the banking sector, being both a mobile lender and a branch-based lender with two of the big four banks. His responsibilities encompassed residential lending, where he leveraged his expertise in credit risk management, regulatory compliance, and customized financial solutions for diverse clientele. He later returned to broking with a renewed focus on leveraging his comprehensive industry experience to support self-employed clients in residential and commercial lending. His deep understanding of broker challenges and client needs enables him to provide strategic insights and tailored solutions. 

Throughout his career, Jules has maintained a commitment to professional development. He holds a diploma qualification relevant to the finance industry, further enhancing his knowledge and practical skills in financial services. He has demonstrated a deep passion for cultivating meaningful relationships with broker partners and clients alike. He values collaboration, integrity, and transparency, aiming to deliver exceptional service and drive mutual success. 

Looking ahead, Jules is enthusiastic about contributing to the ongoing evolution of the finance industry. He aims to champion innovation in lending practices, advocate for both broker-centric & client-centric solutions and strengthen his role as a Relationship Manager and business partner within the broker community at Simplicity Loans & Advisory.
